To place an order, simply browse our website and add the items you want to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

3. How long does shipping take?
We strive to ship out all orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. However, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Made-to-order dresses will be delivered after the customer pays at least 50% of the order, and will be delivered within 7 to 10 days after the payment is received.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order.
5. What is your refund policy?
We do not offer cash refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
