We strive to ship out all orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. However, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. All orders will be shipped via a reliable courier service or postal service.
Please note that made-to-order dresses will be delivered after the customer pays at least 50% of the order. Once the payment is received, we will start making the dress and it will be delivered within 7 to 10 days.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or postal service. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you immediately.
