Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
* Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original product packaging.
* Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
* You must have the purchase invoice.
* The return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
* Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
* WhatsApp us your reason for return or exchange.
* Send all items back to us.
* In case the item is no longer available, exchange can be made with a different item at its current price.
Please note that no cash refunds will be made. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
