If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 10 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. You must have original invoice for return purposes.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
* Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
* Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
* You must have the purchase invoice
* The return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
* Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
* WhatsApp us your reason for return or exchange.
* Send all items back to us.
* In case the item is no longer available, exchange can be made with a different item at its current price.
Please note no cash refunds will be made.
